The Labor and Commerce Committee considered SENATE BILL NO.                                         
272 "An Act relating to certain monetary advances in which the                                      
deposit or other negotiation of certain instruments to pay the advances                             
is delayed until a later date; and providing for an effective date" and                             
recommended it be replaced with                                                                     
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 272(L&C) "An Act                                                   
          relating to certain monetary advances in which the                                        
          deposit or other negotiation of checks to pay the                                         
          advances is delayed until a later date; and providing
